General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, services, and offers from Belle Vue, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Services

We offer professional vehicle preparation and detailing services. The exact scope of services is determined by the respective booking, agreement, or our current range of services.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded as soon as the customer makes a booking and this is confirmed by us – in writing, by phone, or via our website.

4. Prices and Payment

1. The prices current at the time of booking apply.

2. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

3. Payment is due immediately after the service has been provided, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

1. Agreed appointments are binding.

2. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment. In the event of later cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed service.

6. Liability

1. We are only liable for damage to the vehicle in cases of intent or gross negligence.

2. We assume no liability for existing damage, wear and tear, or consequential damage.

3. The customer is obligated to point out sensitive or special vehicle parts (e.g., special paint finishes, foils, sensitive interior materials).

7. Warranty

Should any defects in our service occur, the customer is obligated to report them immediately. We are entitled to make improvements.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Place of Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Munich, provided the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB).

10. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
